Annual Intention Setting - 2025

It’s 2025! How are you feeling?

I’m surfing waves of anticipation and worry.

There are big changes coming for 2025 and the clients and clinicians I work with are feeling it.

It seems like it’s so important to access and spread hope right now, but it’s also more challenging to do so.

So, let’s see how this next month or so shapes up before getting hopeful, or hopeless, about what 2025 has in store for us, ok?

While we’re waiting, what do YOU have in store for the year?

What if 2025 had to “watch out” for you?

Now, we know better than most that New Years resolutions are flops with regards to sustained change.

So instead of doing New Years’ resolutions, I set an annual intention for my personal life, and then I quarterly plan (every 3 months) for my business.

These are goals that are flexible enough and attainable enough to be possible, even if they need to be adjusted in new economic or political climates.

I invite you to do something similar: consider goals based on who you are, and who you want to become, not just what you want to have or accomplish. Then break them down into action steps.
